The Old Testament makes up over two-thirds of our Bible, and it is pivotal that we understand it. Are you tired of being confused by covenants, prophets, dates, kings, and genres that comprise the Old Testament? Are you interested in studying the Old Testament, gaining clarity, and applying it to your life through the lens of the gospel? Then this course is for you! Join us this summer for a four-week overview of the Old Testament. An outline of the course is below.
Week 1 – Sunday, June 23. Creation, Covenants, and Egypt (Genesis)
Week 2 – Sunday June 30. Slavery through the Wilderness (Exodus-Deuteronomy)
Week 3 – Sunday, July 7. The Promised Land through the Promised King (Joshua – 1 Kings 8)
Week 4 – Sunday, July 14. The Divided Kingdom, the Prophets, and Exile ( 1 Kings 9 – Malachi)
