Who We Are
It all points to Jesus.
At Redemption Hill Church, our desire is to share the life-changing work and message of Jesus Christ. To accomplish this, we strive to foster a gospel-centered community by serving others and living on mission in our local area through the exposition of God’s Word each Sunday.
Redemption Hill Church began as a church plant of Four Points Church in February 2020, formerly known as Four Points Cartersville. In August 2024, the Lord led us to become Redemption Hill Church.

What to Expect
Each Sunday morning, we gather together to grow in our Christian walk and edify one another. Each service is structured to include singing, reading Scripture, prayer, and verse-by-verse preaching. At the conclusion of each service, we partake in the Lord’s Supper together. Below is more information to help you plan your visit and know what you can expect.
Sermons at RHC are expository, or expositional, meaning that we seek to declare or explain the meaning of a specific passage in Scripture verse-by-verse while also considering the passage’s and author’s original intent, in addition to its historical and grammatical context. Throughout the year, we alternate our Sermon series between books in the Old and New Testaments. Sermons generally last between 45-50 minutes, driven by the good news of God’s saving us through Jesus’ death and resurrection.
The music we sing during our corporate worship include a mixture of timeless hymns and modern songs infused with doctrinally-rich lyrics to help prepare our hearts and minds for that morning’s message.
During our worship gatherings, we offer discipleship environments for kids from birth through 5th grade. Children will sing songs to the Lord, learn about God’s Word, and hear the good news of Jesus in a safe and welcoming environment. We also have a student ministry that meets on Sunday evenings. Our Students study the Bible together, build friendships, as they seek to deepen their love for Jesus and His Church. All volunteers undergo annual training seminars and background checks.
We have gospel community groups that meet regularly so that there are ample opportunities to know others and to be known by others. In our groups we fellowship, study Scripture, pray for one another, and take the gospel to others in our community together. We also have men’s groups just for men and women’s groups just for women. All of our groups are centered on Scripture and are aimed at making disciples!
